Airfocus, a leading product management platform, lacked built-in OKR functionality, one of the most requested features. As a Senior Product Designer, I led the research, discovery, and UX strategy to bring it to life.

I led UX strategy and discovery, collaborating closely with PMs and engineers from research to execution. I also mentored designers on high-fidelity UI, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
