Mindfuel helps data and AI teams prove the ROI of their initiatives. In this role, I elevated the core UX and designed the platform’s signature AI agent for use-case value estimation.

🤔 Problem

Manual use-case estimations were highly inaccurate or skipped entirely because teams lacked a deep understanding of the use cases, missed key metrics, and lacked a guided framework to ask the right questions. This led to low platform adoption and forced teams to over-utilize Mindfuel’s internal Value Acceleration team, creating an inefficient drain on company resources.

🕴 My Role

I led the product design end-to-end, from initial discovery through to final delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnered closely with the Product Manager, Engineers, and the internal Value Acceleration team to align the solution with both technical feasibility and business goals.

UX Research & Discovery: Conducted customer interviews and utilized advanced AI deep-research tools to uncover core user pain points.

Code-Based Prototyping: Accelerated the design cycle by prototyping directly in code using Claude, enabling rapid testing and high-fidelity validation.

💡 Solution

To solve the estimation bottleneck, I designed a context-aware AI agent that guides users step-by-step through the value-mapping process.

Accurate ROI Forecasting: By filling in the gaps, the agent precisely calculates and outputs the verified monetary impact of the data/AI initiative.

Deep Context Integration: Connected directly at the use-case level, the agent automatically understands all existing project details and integrates seamlessly with company knowledge bases.

Guided Discovery (Custom Skills): Utilizing specialized prompt engineering, the agent asks targeted questions to extract missing metrics and necessary data from the user.

Smart Suggestions: To maximize efficiency and accuracy, it surfaces contextual, data-driven answer suggestions based on past organizational knowledge.
