Okadoc, a health tech startup, connects patients and providers through a suite of products. As Senior Product Designer & Team Lead, I built and led a high-performing design team to to transform healthcare in the Middle East through user-centric design and innovation.

The platform suffered from usability issues, inconsistent design, and lacked key features like video consultations. This led to low engagement and inefficiencies for both patients and providers.
